If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
BACKORDERS
ALL Backorders will attract a 25% restocking and admin fee. BACKORDERS can take up to 6 months depending on the item/s. Please contact us before purchase if you need it within a time frame.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
20% handling and restocking fees applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are given store credit less the handling and restocking fee.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of a store credit.
ALL Refunds are the total purchase amount LESS any Merchant FEES charged and postage cost.
EXCHANGE
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Difference between items must be paid in full. In the case where the difference is in your favour we will refund the difference within 14 days to your credit card (or original method of payment).

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable.
IMPORTANTÂ make sure the item/s are properly packaged, any damaged goods will not be accepted.
Car Toys Australia recommends sending with a tracking number.
Car Toys Australia takes no responsibility for DAMAGED or LOST goods.

WARRANTY
We are authorised distributors for all brands we sell and any manufacturer’s warranty is passed onto the customer. We will process all warranty/returns with the supplier on your behalf making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. While we offer advice and support for our products, unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly. We will always endeavour to provide the best advice and provide assistance to ensure a successful outcome.
MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTY

Some products sold by Car Toys Australia, when installed, may void part or all of the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure this prior to installation. Car Toys Australia will not be liable for any damage to your car relating to the installation of aftermarket parts purchased from Car Toys Australia.

ALL warranty returns needs an RA number.
ALL warranty claims DOES NOT include labour or installation costs.
