How do I return my item?

Is there any warranty on the products I purchase?

WARRANTY
We are authorised distributors for all brands we sell and any manufacturer’s warranty is passed onto the customer. We will process all warranty/returns with the supplier on your behalf making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. While we offer advice and support for our products, unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly. We will always endeavour to provide the best advice and provide assistance to ensure a successful outcome.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes we do accept returns and exchange.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
15% handling and restocking fees applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are given store credit less the handling and restocking fee.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of a store credit.

EXCHANGE
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Difference between items must be paid in full. In the case where the difference is in your favour a store credit will be given.

Does your prices include GST?

Yes all prices listed on our website are GST inclusive.

Do you do group buys?

Yes we can initiate group buys. Email or call us on what you want to do a group buy.

What do I do if my goods are damaged on delivery?

If you have received a damaged package, you must contact the shipping company to lodge a claim within 48 hours of receiving the package. Parts are packed and thoroughly checked prior to postage. The parts are insured, any shipping damage is the responsibility of the shipping company. We are available to help customers through this process.

Do you price match competitor’s price?

Yes we do price match competitor’s price providing it is of the same identical product and that it is in stock.

What if I find a better price of an identical product after I purchased it from you website?

Buy with confidence – if you find a better price on the identical product within 7 days of your purchase we will refund the difference.

Is FREE shipping Australia wide?

Yes it is Australia wide and only applies to orders over $300 and must be within the Metro area. Other areas may attract a surcharge.

How quickly do I receive my order?

Once order is finalised and payment has been approved orders are normally shipped within 48hrs. We use Star Track for shipping Australia wide. Courier times are usual 1-2 days for Star Track.
